DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within continental USA)
Most products are shipped within 24 hours. We will always use the most economical method of shipping wherever possible. Items,however,that are too large or heavy for couriers are shipped via truck. If the combined weight of your order exceeds 150 pounds it may be more economical to ship via truck. Shipping charges will be quoted when you place your order or in some cases shortly thereafter via e-mail or phone. We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders received during weekends and holidays are shipped during the next business day. All orders must have a "physical ship to" address. If you need your order to ship to an address with a P.O. Box or have further questions please call us at 1-800-524-1504.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Because of varying shipping charges to each country we are unable to process international orders automatically over the internet. If you are ordering from outside the continental USA, email me at with the parts your are interested in and and your address. We will get back to you quickly with an international shipping quote
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving only with our written authorization. Contact us first. We will FAX you a Return Authorization Form to complete. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. After 30 days the item is subject to the products warranty and must be authorized by our Customer Service Representative either by our Return Authorization Form or by calling us at 1-800-524-1504 (8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
BACKORDERS
If your order is on backorder you will receive an order confirmation with the lead time listed. The lead time will be the number of days the product will take before it is shipped to you. If you are ordering multiple items and one is on backorder you will NOT be charged any additional shipping just the original quote. Once the item(s)are made available it will be shipped.
CLAIMS
We take great care in filling,checking & packing your order. On rare occasions a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged please note the damage on your delivery receipt immediately for the trucker then call us at 1-800-524-1504.
